Before joining SNS iHub, I was just an ordinary student unsure of my direction. Everything changed when I participated in the iHub Hackathon. Despite my nerves, I cleared all those rounds and reached the HR interview with Anuradha Balasundaram Mam and Prince Stanly Victor V Sir. That conversation gave me confidence, and soon I became an intern at SNS iHub.
Day one
Walking into the training garage on my first day was intimidating. Everything was new until I met my first mentor, Soorya R. He guided me patiently and once told me, "Don't copy paste code. Type it. That's how you learn." That advice reshaped my mindset toward coding.
Later, I worked under Ganesh Naidu, who at first seemed strict but turned out to be one of the most supportive seniors I've known. He pushed me to think independently and take initiative.
Then came Mahalaxmi P, a mentor who led by example — direct, disciplined, and empowering. From him, I learned not just technology but also leadership and ownership.
The turning point
One unforgettable moment was celebrating my 20th birthday at iHub. Surrounded by seniors, teammates, and mentors, I realized this wasn't just an internship. It was like a family.
As we moved into a new IT-style workspace, the environment became more dynamic and collaborative. By then, I had grown from a hesitant learner into a confident team player taking the lead on projects, helping others, and enjoying every late night work session filled with both code and laughter.
The friends who became brothers
I also found amazing teammates who became brothers: Ajay chakravarthi Suriyan, Kavin B, Akash Sivakumar, Akil A, and Krishneshwaran D. I was fortunate to work alongside them — an amazing fun group and two seniors who became more like elder brothers than mentors: Manigandan G and Hari Sankar. They guided me and made every day at iHub both fun and meaningful.
The mentors
I was also privileged to collaborate with an incredible group: Surya Narayanan, Archana S, Keerthana E, Pon Karthik Palani, Rahul Pandey, Sathya Selvaraj, Jayashree Karthikeyan, Arunkumar A, Naveenkumar KS, Akshay Sanjeevkumar, Rohit AS, Anandhakrishnan Reji, Naveenkumar KS, Venkat Balaji B, Dharani Ravi, and many more.
Each person I worked with shaped my journey in their own way.
What iHub taught me
Earning my AI Developer Intern certification from SNS iHub marked more than just completion — it reflected months of teamwork, and learning within Product Factory 01, where ideas turned into real projects.
Looking back, iHub wasn't just an internship. It was a turning point that built my confidence, skills, and sense of purpose.
This chapter will always remain one of the most meaningful parts of my story.
